Creating a Training Evaluation Form in Microsoft Word for Use with Remark Office OMR

In order to create multiple choice questions, bubble answer options can be created with the OMR Bubbles font, which automatically installs with Remark Office OMR. The font is also available for download from our website. Tables are used in order to keep questions and answer choices aligned, and to ensure sufficient spacing. Complete the tables by adjusting the spacing of the cells and removing some of the borders. Your completed forms can be scanned using any image scanner or multi-function printer and analyzed with Remark Office OMR.
